In only moments, emergencies can confront us.  A kitchen fire is one of the most challenging.

You need to know the cause, what is burning, and what may contain it until the Fire Fighters arrive. Additionally, smoke, soot and airborne particles can be more dangerous to humans and damaging to property.  In these pictures the fire remained small but smoke permeated and destroyed cabinets furniture, coated walls,ceiling, doors, hardware, even electrical fixtures.  In the after picture, demolition of non-salvageable content, cleaning of salvageable content and surfaces and odor control had been completed and the Kitchen was ready for painting and reconstruction.
