Damage by water heater

Water heater damage happened in Signal Hill / Long Beak, CA. Another case of water damage when the homeowner was on vacation. Homeowner came home and saw water is coming out of their garage, when he got to the water heater, he saw lots of mold growth. Because of hot water mold grows rapidly. We explained to the home owner first we must do complete mold remediation and make surer mold did not spread to the other part of the house, once mold remediation is complete, we can set up equipment’s to lower the moisture level to avoid future mold growth. The homeowner was concern during the demolition mold spores does not cross contaminate rest of the garage. After clear explanation of how we approach mold remediation he was confident that he is in good hands and our crew started the project the same day. After 4 days job was completed and our customer was pleased with the result, he recommended us to his neighbor’s water damage due to bathroom supply line.
